Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: To qualify for our discount program, customers must create an account on Moodwellness.co and provide verification documents during the application process.
Discount Details: Qualified individuals will receive a 30% discount on their monthly orders, with a maximum order value of $400 per month. The discount can only be applied to one order placed each month, so please ensure all desired items are included in that order.
Account Status: Once approved, the customer’s account will be marked as “qualified” and the discount will be automatically applied to all future orders.
Account Reassessment: If a customer’s account no longer meets the qualifications for the discount, they will be notified, and the discount will be removed from their account.
Exclusions: The CBD discount program cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. It is applicable only to orders placed on Moodwellness.co and cannot be used for phone orders or purchases from Authorized Resellers.
Program Changes: Mood Wellness reserves the right to modify, change, or expand the discount program and its approved users at any time without prior notice.

Then, fill out the form that appears.
3. We will review your application as soon as possible.
If you are approved, the discount will be applied automatically to all future orders.
